Before we begin any construction project we’ll meet with you to go over the specifics. KGK Construction based in Suffolk County, New York will prepare a written proposal describing all aspects of work to be done, including the types of materials to be used. Upon your approval we’ll give you a signed copy of the proposal. If any changes arise during the construction process, we’ll provide a written statement of those changes and costs for your approval before we begin making them. Your construction project will be completed according to the Suffolk County and Nassau County building codes and your local town codes.
